Message: My family & I stayed at the nearby Outrigger Condo. My friend & I stayed and Sands, and had a great time. We went for breakfast at Sands of Kahana on our first day. It was so good, we made it a goal to go once more during our trip. The coconut syrup is to die for. I also got a super spicy Bloody Mary. The waiter was kind enough to make it EXTRA spicy. Yum! Additionally, my stepson left his retainer in a napkin. Said waiter saved it and we were able to recover it. Good service is hard to come by. GREAT service like this.. exceptional. Go to Sands of Kahana if you're near Lahaina.

Message: This hotel had a great location and had nice amenities. We really enjoyed it. It is beach front with plenty of free parking. The staff was nice but not very helpful. Only complaint was that we called three times with a broken dishwasher and it never got fixed. And there are cockroaches. Overall great for a budget hotel in Maui at prime location.

Message: Very nice timeshare. Large rooms & living area. Slightly dated with some things. Though there is no A/C, which isn't bad for part of the area we had, but one bedroom & bath area got so hot it was warming up the ret of the rooms. So we closed its outside door & the door to the rest of the condo to keep the rest partially cooled down. Ceiling fans in our rooms are a joke as they only have one speed of slow. There are some stand up fans but they aren't that great either with moving air. Otherwise place is great. Pools are lovely. So are the hot tubs. Adult pool is slippery so be careful getting in & out. Location is awesome, beautiful sunset & scenery of Ocean & other island across the way.

Message: We were in unit 311. It was absolutely SPOTLESS when we checked in. Staff was great and answered our questions. 4 stars are because the unit was right by the garbage dumpsters, and every night around 9:30, the guy from the restaurant very noisily deposited the garbage and recycling. Also, the coffee they supplied was really good, but there were only 2 pods for our 6 night stay. When I asked for 1 more, they wanted to charge us for it. I would stay here again, but maybe in a higher unit with a better view.

Message: Really enjoyed our stay here. As others have mentioned, rooms feel dated and beds aren’t the most comfortable. The lack of AC also led to some warm nights, but it was also relaxing to hear the waves crash. Location is great, and love the easy beach access. Our room has two balconies so we spent a lot of time sitting outside watching the waves.

Message: Beautiful view from the room There was a full kitchen. There is no air conditioning. The room was hot when we arrived, but opening it up and keeping the shades closed in the afternoon made it comfortable. The layout is odd. The master bedroom has a slider to the deck, but it is also open to the living room unless you pull closed four big wood panels. There was no housekeeping, but they gave you lots of towels. It is a good location. Close to Lahaina.

Message: We had a fabulous two bedroom/two bath unit on the 4th floor facing the ocean. Our balcony looked right over the beach probably only about 20 feet away. We could hear the roaring surf all day and all night! The kitchen was well stocked and there was lots of extra storage. We didn't really use the pool or Hot Tub, but many people seemed to enjoy it. The on-site Beach Pub & Grill was very nice, with seating overlooking the beach. There were plenty of lounge chairs and beach/pool towels to sun in the grassy area adjacent to the beach. There was covered parking for our vehicle and a speedy elevator. Not all rooms at this facility face the beach. I definitely recommend you insist on having one - we just got lucky! Would love to stay here again!

Message: We stayed in a huge two bedroom condo with three adults and three kids; the stay was perfection. The pools were immaculate and the perfect pool temperature. The beach and ocean in front of the condo is safe and provides enough space for everyone. The room and resort has everything you could possibly need. The resort is really well maintained; we will be back! Also- the restaurant onsite is really good.
