Message: Great place away from it all with a very cool vibe. Everyone there is super friendly, and really want to take care of you. Special shout out to my Louisiana buddy, who made me some awesome vegan down-home dishes! I was under the weather when I arrived and Barbara took care of me as if I was part of the family. The sound bath was amazing, the unspoiled views of the coastline while having breakfast were perfect.. A few things that should be mentioned if staying here. I love nature, and all the nighttime sounds that go with them. However, the frogs will go into the toilet and sink and be prepared to see a few jump out when you're near. I also stepped on 1 or 2 in the middle of the night while walking in the outdoor bath. By 9PM all the workers go to bed so you need to just stay in your room and pass the time quietly. Like previously stated, this place is not for everyone, but those who appreciate a unique experience in a natural setting with kind staff will love it. :).

Message: Amazing people only place. My one note is they really should hire a full time manager to oversee operations and offload managerial workload from the owner.. Jan-Cel was the most professional person in hospitality I’ve ever met.

Message: Absolutely amazing staff and location. The Dragonfly Ranch is a home away from home. Thank for the amazing massage plus sound bath. We stayed three days and could have spent our whole week here.

Message: The Dragonfly Ranch is a unique, eclectic, laid-back space where everyone is welcomed and loved. The trees, plants and views of the ocean and are amazing! This The room has a fresh jug of triple filtered water that gets refilled as needed. The bed was heavenly, jet-lag was not an issue after a 20 hour day. We had private bathroom with a beautiful outdoor shower. A very thoughtful and gracious breakfast offering of organic teas, coffee, creamers and sweetners to please all tastes.. a delightful selection of honeys, nut butters, nuts, seeds, fresh fruits, berries and more.. The cats and dogs that live on site are like therapy animals. I personally have pet allergies, but their presence didn't bother me. We will definitely be back :).

Message: Be Prepared for A Swiss Family Robinson Experience. This place is not for everyone, but for those wanting to really connect with nature, to really experience a jungle vibe, this is a great opportunity. The breakfasts are very healthy. The fruit was to die for. The outdoor shower was cool. I had wanted to soak in the outdoor tub but didn't get around to it. It takes a couple minutes for the water to heat up, but their is hot water for the shower and tub. We were in the Ali'i Suite. It is really like a separate hut. To give you an idea, the door was a really just a screen sliding door. Yes. this is natural all the way! for many this is just what they are looking for. The wildlife is loud at night. But that didn't bother me. We realized at the end of the stay they had put ear plugs on the corner of the bed for us to use if we needed it. Bring LOTS of bug repellant. This is the jungle! The suite we had had a mini fridge and counter with sink that was very helpful. Also there is a public kitchen anyone can use. Incredible views all over the property! On a personal note. I came to this property miserable, with swollen legs and in a ton of pain. The owner, Barbara, got me in to two treatments that evening that made a world of difference. She was very friendly and always checking up with us and giving me other things to try to improve my health. A very caring hostess!

Message: I absolutely loved my stay at Dragon Fly Ranch. This was my first time ever traveling on a plane alone and when air arrived here I was made at home right away. Barbra and Anita and Kimberly were excellent hosts with great personality and energy to offer to your stay. They also have tons of snorkeling gear goggles snorkels flipper wet suits all of great quality that you can use for the day for free! This was very great for me because I love snorkeling and there is not a lot of places in the island to get snorkel gear and most places have bad quality gear and charge 50$ a mask and snorkel. The property is stunning you eat your free breakfast of good quality food while overlooking the ocean and Cliff side. The yoga studio is also amazing! The rooms are clean and very well cared for from cleaning to design. your given everything you need and much more. I would really recommend staying here if you choose a small room hotel for 500$ over this you are really missing out because this is so much nicer and affordable. Staying here brings you close to Hawaii and you will have everything you could possibly need.
