Message: This hotel was perfect for my boyfriend and I! We loved it so much, we ended up extending our stay by another day! The room was very clean and spacious. We got a single king overlooking the Ala Wai canal. The amenities were great! They have beach towel rentals along with beach chairs and beach umbrellas which was super convenient for us! They also had free admission to the Bishop Museum (which we took advantage of and went)! The staff was amazing and so friendly! 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting a nice stay but also wanting to save a few dollars on their trip! Thank you Coconut Waikiki Hotel! *my pictures aren’t the best because I only took a video so I had to screenshot some moments from the video*.

Message: Not ritzy but very affordable compared to crazy prices elsewhere. Danni at the front desk super helpful and so sweet. Definitely speak to her if trying get bus pass. Great spot to walk to bus stop less than block away and get to many places(except the airport but that due to Bus Co) in Oahu. Only glitch is the pool (winter season) is not heated as stated but was nice spot to enjoy the sun. Awesome view from the mountain side rooms.

Message: Nice hotel that hits most of the basics. The staff were great, the hotel was clean. There were a few cosmetic issues in our bathroom (sliding door was missing a lot of paint etc) but nothing serious. The room had by far the nicest mattress I've been on in a long time. Beautiful views of the mountains and canal depending on the side of the building you are on.

Message: Excellent location. Waikiki beach is a 10 min walk. The room was cozy and comfortable. Fair value for money.. Note that there is a $40 parking charge. We were not told about this when we booked or checked-in or gave our car to the valet. When we said no one told us when they charged us during the check-out, they simply said that they forgot to mention that. This is why I am giving 4 stars and not 5 stars.

Message: This is a very good hotel. With a 3* hotel rating it is exceptional value. The staff are outstanding – friendly, engaging and helpful. Our room, the facilities and the hotel in general was very clean. We saw zero maintenance issues. Being located in Waikiki it was a short walk everywhere. However, if you were to haul beach paraphernalia every day to the beach, you may want to be a little closer to the beach. We enjoyed our 3 day stay immensely and recommend this hotel accordingly.

Message: The staff and the location of this hotel earned the stars for this place. The room was clean and a good size. The main negatives were the balcony had some rust issues and the lights in the room were jarringly bright (kind of an all or nothing situation). All said, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Message: The staff is excellent! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Also, there were small conveniences that made it a great stay. Fridge, microwave, and some basic dishes/utensils. However, no dish soap to wash them. Cute little balcony, but my "city view" room was looking straight into the neighboring occupants, lol. So we kept the curtains closed. But if you're on the side that faces the canal, it'll be a nice spot to enjoy. Also, it's probably a small thing to some people but, i loved that there was a filtered water bottle fountain in the lobby. No need to stack the fridge with single use bottles of water! Not much parking around so using the valet service is a must. I didn't explore much else of the hotel so i can't really comment on the other features.
