Message: I am over the crime and dirt of Waikiki. The room was ok but stained hairy towels falling apart furniture and, after it got dark cops everywhere. Dirty streets that were definitely unsafe after the sun set. There was a shirtless guy walking by our unit in the hallway outside our door all night talking to himself. We were on the tenth floor. Kind of gross

Message: This hotel is older, but after my experience with another hotel down the road I could care less about it being older. The room was clean and bug free. The location was great just down the block from the beach. It was so relaxing and the service was amazing. They made you feel so welcome. The price was great and the room was spacious. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff was so helpful and kind. I could go on and on about how happy I was. 5 stars to say the least.

Message: Very nice hotel considering the price. Our room had an amazing view of the city, and we even saw a little bit of the ocean. One star taken off for the pool - which didn’t seem very clean, and there was no umbrellas or shade by the pool which made it too hot for us to enjoy during the day.

Message: Great alternative to these overly expensive places. Seriously Cheesecake Factory in Waikiki? Clean rooms, fresh towels within 20min., solid views. They are renovating top floor pool, spa, and lounge. Looks solid. Can't wait. The only reason not a 5 star is pool was dirty.

Message: Wonderful hotel. Lemon water and comfort music in the lobby. Computer to print boarding passes. Friendly staff. Rooms can be upgraded but its a soft bed nice selection of channels on tv, kitchenette came in handy, and bath tub was spacious. Housekeeping was very attentive and the jacuzzi was amazing. Love the partial ocean view its minutes from shopping and beach.

Message: We enjoyed staying at this hotel because the location was perfect for getting to Waikiki Beach and the surrounding areas. The rooftop pool was great to use and we could even see the Friday night fireworks from up there too. Our studio room was great as it gave us a lot more freedom and meant we could have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the mountains and the ocean! Ideally we would’ve liked to know beforehand that the hot tub was out of use, the water was going to be shut off for 8 hours and there would be building maintenance around the pool area, as this did affect our overall experience.
